Bookings are Subject to 14.02% surcharge for room tax, city tax, and sales tax.
Pets
No Pets are allowed in the rooms. If you have a papered service animal you must note it in the reservation and the animal must accompany you at check in so we can identify the animal as allowed to be on property. We have a $250 pet fee for undisclosed non-service, or emotional support animals that have been put in the rooms. My son cleans the rooms, and is allergic to animals. No smoking, or vaping in the rooms. No marihuana use on the property. Violators will be fined and removed from the property. We do not accomodate the charging of electric vehicles at this property.
Late Check In
Please let us know by 8pm MST if you are going to check in after 9pm MST. Our number is 435-735-4015. A note will be left on the side door of the Hatch Station Cafe directing you to your room. A key hooked to a Horseshoe will be hanging on the doorknob of your room. Call us after hours if you have trouble finding your key. 435-690-0325, 702-353-1788, we do live in town.
Changes to your reservation
To cancel or change the reservation we need 72 hours notice. No changes to the reservation, refunds, or days can be taken off your stay after Midnight 3 days prior to check in. If you did not book directly with our website, www.HatchStationutah.com you need to call Booking.com 1-888-850-3958, Expedia1-800-397-3342, or Airbnb 1-844-234-2500, or the company you booked with to cancel or make changes. Our front desk employees and owners are not able to make changes to your reservation made through another company.
Bad Credit Cards:
We do not allow bookings without a valid credit card. If your card does not work 72 hours prior to check in you will be cancelled. We will not hold rooms for guests that give us bad credit card information.
1 Queen rooms:
Our 1 queen rooms do not have a microwave or refrigerator in them. They are not advertised with microwave or refrigerator. The power supply in the 1 queen room will not support these appliances. Please cancel and upgrade to a 2 queen room, a family room, or the 2 bedroom cabin if you need a refrigerator or microwave.
